The Canary Cup is an annual charity golf tournament hosted by H.E.L.P. Safety Services, in association with sponsors and business partners.
The tournament that takes place in early June at the Pike Lake Golf Resort and has enjoyed 10 years of success while helping to raise money and support for minor sports in our local communities. The tournament was established in 2004 in memory of a dedicated Health & Safety colleague, trainer and true friend, Brian Canary.
To date, the Canary Cup has raised around $20,000 that has been used to support various local minor sports asscoiations and initiatives. This year, with the money raised at the 2015 Canary Cup, we were able to sponsor a local youngster recently diagnosed with, and bravely fighting Childhood Leukemia.
H.E.L.P. Safety Services takes great pride in the local support the Canary Cup has been able to provide over its history and we are tremendously thankful to all those who come out to support the tournament, every year.
The Canary Cup acts as a yearly opportunity to appreciate the hard work of all the individuals who work with us. The tournament acts as a thank you to all those who have helped to make H.E.L.P. S.S. the company that it is today!
In addition, H.E.L.P. Safety Services was a long-time supporter of the Ontario M.O.L. Golf Tournament and continues to be a yearly sponsor and supporter of youth sports teams and activities across local Ontario communities including, but not limited to, Mississauga, Streetsville, Halton Hills and Guelph.
